Senior Photo Style Guide
It’s not just about a yearbook photo or a nice shot for Grandma’s fridge.
Your senior photos should feel like *you* – confident, natural, and stylish. Whether you want artsy
and editorial, fun and carefree, or cozy and down-to-earth, this shoot is all about celebrating your
story.
What to Wear
– Bring 2-3 outfits you LOVE:
– 1 casual (jeans & a cute top or hoodie & sneakers)
– 1 dressy (flowy dress, suit, button-up, or elevated streetwear)
– 1 ‘personality’ look (sports jersey, college tee, vintage find)
– Stick to solid colors, neutrals, pastels, earthy or jewel tones
– Avoid distracting logos, neons, or baggy clothes
– Layers = more variety & texture
Accessories + Extras
– Hats, rings, dainty necklaces, or scrunchies are fun touches
– Bring something that tells your story: a book, a guitar, a basketball, flowers…
– Clean shoes matter (or go barefoot for beachy vibes!)
Hair + Makeup
– Stay true to your style! Go slightly elevated but not overdone
– Bring blotting powder, chapstick, a brush, and water for touch-ups
Timing + Location
We’ll shoot during golden hour (1-2 hours before sunset) for the dreamiest light.
Think beach, garden, field, downtown, or somewhere meaningful to you!
